Watch Your Own Reels

If you posted a reel and can’t seem to find it, don’t worry. Based on your settings, it could have either been posted on your feed or not.

If you have posted it on your feed, you will be able to see the post on your profile.

Alternatively, to see only the reels you have posted,

From your profile, click the reel icon. It is the middle icon between your feed and your tagged pictures.

Watch Different Reels

1. Reels Icon In The Bottom

Instagram has updated the app to incorporate the Reels icon in the bottom bar.

All you have to do is open your Instagram. And choose the Reels icon. It is the second icon from the left.

2. Explore Page

Just in case your phone isn’t supporting the new update yet, since its a really new feature, you can still watch reels.

Click on the magnifying glass on the top right corner, beside your direct messages.

It will open the Explore page.

On the explore page, scroll until you find a reel.

When you find a reel, to continue watching reels, just keep scrolling up on the reels.

3. Hashtags

Another easy way to watch reels on Instagram is through searching for hashtags.

Go to the explore feed. Enter a hashtag that you want to associate with the reel you want to watch on the search bar.

Once you click on the hashtag you are looking for, you will be directed to a page where you can follow the hashtag, find the top and recent posts related to the hashtags.

Under Top posts, the very first post is Reels.

4. Person’s Feed

To find Reels posted by a specific person, follow these steps:

Click on the magnifying glass. In the search bar, type the person’s username and click on their profile.

Once their profile is open, you can click on the Reels icon, or just swipe left.

All the reels that are posted by the person will appear.

Watch Reels On Laptop

Although Instagram doesn’t have a feature where you can find all the reels in one place, you can find reels posted by specific people on Instagram through your laptop.

All you have to do is open Instagram on your laptop.

On the search bar, add the username of the person whose reels you want to watch.

Open their profile. Click on the Reels icon. All the reels posted by the person will appear.

A hack for this is, if you know the username of the person who posts reels, just type in www.instagram/username/reels
